The Bottled Water is too tall for the straws they have. The Shack Burger, while well cooked, was only warmish, and the bacon... outside of the bun was room temperature and not hot. The back seating area is kind of dark, and it seemed more like a PrisonCafeteria than a Fastfood restaurant. The Shackburger with Bacon tasted good, but I have my doubts about how freshly it wasmade. Seems like the workers here seem to have an attitude or don?t really want to help people. I ordered via Grubhub and they told... me my food would be ready from 5:40-5:50. I arrived at 6:10 and I asked the guy who?s managing the pick up orders if my orderwas ready. He glanced at the shelf with pick up bags and said no. I told him it was strange that it wasn?t ready if they saidI?d be done by 5:50 and I ordered at 5:23 and he said ? oh na it?s not ready? and didn?t give a follow up. He gave this ? Idon?t care? laugh and proceeded to ask the next person who their name was. I parked my car and went inside again. New person atthe pick up section. Wasn?t acknowledged and when I said excuse me she looked annoyed to get off her phone. I told her my nameand behold she found my order ready at 5:33pm. My whole thing is the store wasn?t busy it couldn?t have killed them to at leastshow they aren?t miserable working there ????. Read more
Enjoyed the shroom veggie burger with fries. Both were tasty and portion size was adequate. Plenty of space to sit in the back... and looks like they have seating upstairs as well. Would like to return and try their drinks and shakes. Read more
Ordered some takeout here. I've visited shake shack often but the food takes a really long time here, maybe 20 minutes per... order. Is pretty consistent, 20 minute wait whenever I come to this location. That being said the food has always been good, so have no complaints about that. But don't get dessert from them, if you want dessert, go to Martha's which is walkingdistance. Read more
Fantastic burgers. The shackburger has a smashed pattie, American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and shack sauce all packed within a... soft fluffy bun which keeps everything in place. No doubt why this franchise has exploded and is expanding internationally, theburgers will keep you coming back! Read more
Slow. They have a waited over 40 minutes fir our order. Bad system. The grill seems fast since all the orders are sitting on the... shelf. But there is one person giving out the orders to customers. They have one person shouting out the names when the order isready who doesnt help out the one who puts the orders together. Bad system! Read more
