Oh My Goodness!! My agency will be hosting a social in the near future and we are looking to work with a 5-star catering... service. I had the opportunity to try one of Chef Roe's salmon dinners, which included salmon with hummus dressing, searedpotatoes, and asparagus. The salmon was delicious, had a light crisp, and was very juicy and moist. The hummus was tasty andcreamy, the asparagus was tender, sweet, and the potatoes were seasoned to perfection. Chef Roe offers great service and amazingfood. We are looking forward to hosting our main event with Chef Roe's Catering Service. Read more

OMG!!! Just had him cater my birthday party and he exceeded my expectations. Tasted his food at a party years ago and... recommended him to a friend before I was even able to use him myself. Had the salmon burger at Artisan restaurant/take out in Lynbrook. Made & crafted by Chef Ro. just absolutely delicious. the... salmon mixed with the sauce and toppings , can?t wait to have another. From one chef to another I must say to watch the growth over the years is unbelievable, his food leaves me inspired every time.... Me and my sister went to Dalton's last Sunday for Brunch Chef Roe made some amazing food. I wish we could have had everything on... the menu. We had the Salmon bites, they were so moist and seasoned well. We also had the Henny wings the sauce on those wereexcellent and the Henny was not over powering at all. I had chicken with red velvet waffles and my sister had lobster and redvelvet waffles those dishes were extremely good. And just to balance things out and we were greedy we ordered the avocado toastand that too was great. Words can't really explain how good all the food was. Where do I start. I attended Chef Roe?s brunch at Daltons in queens and was happy he lived up to the hype. I had 2 appetizers:... calamari (with sweet chili sauce) and the salmon bites. These are not your typical salmon bites. He uses 100% salmon (no filler)lightly breaded (floured) and fried. Absolutely amazing. A true show stopper. For my entree, I had the steak and eggs andsubstituted the home fries for Chef Roe?s much acclaimed southern style grits. The steak was seasoned to perfection, perfectmarbling very good quality and so were the eggs. Of course, another show stopper was the grits. While I didn?t get the secretingredient for the grits, I could taste the cream in the grits which offered a terrific taste and texture. I thoroughly enjoyedthe food and look forward to attending another brunch in the near future. Read more
