I had the pleasure of tasting Chef Roe's "Skinny chicken, sauteed spinach with Quinoa and tomatoes! Amazing!!!!
Oh My Goodness!! My agency will be hosting a social in the near future and we are looking to work with a 5-star catering... service. I had the opportunity to try one of Chef Roe's salmon dinners, which included salmon with hummus dressing, searedpotatoes, and asparagus. The salmon was delicious, had a light crisp, and was very juicy and moist. The hummus was tasty andcreamy, the asparagus was tender, sweet, and the potatoes were seasoned to perfection.
