Yummy, fresh pretzels. Quite a bit of butter on them. As far as I know, there?s one of these on each floor except for the... concourse level. 4.25 for the basic salted pretzel. There?s a seating area on the 2nd and 3rd floor locations where you canenjoy your pretzel with a lemonade. Read more

Why did you change the cheese?! Two stars because the pretzels are good. The dipping cheese used to be perfect but the last two... times the cheese was bad. At first I thought maybe I got a bad batch but unfortunately, it seems they changed it. It has a weirdafter taste, almost like it's going bad. The color is more orange than yellow too...just gross ????. Idk if all the locations inthe mall changed the cheese but the spot that I get it from is next to the cheesecake factory. Read more

Fresh pretzels...service is good...sitting area is clean. They are inside queens center mall on the 3rd floor.
This location is in Queens Center Mall in the 3rd level. I love the almond pretzel and the hot dog roll. There is a seating area... which looks out over the street so it's good space to sit for a minute and enjoy a snack before doing some more shopping. Read more
