NOT an honest business. placed online order and manager claimed he never got the order. I showed him the online receipt and he... still tried to short me chicken sandwich and apple pies. I recently ordered a 12 piece nuggets combo today, and this is what I received. Doesn?t look anything like nuggets, and the... chicken was not even fully cooked. I also took a hiatus ordering from this specific popeyes for about 2-3 months because of anincident I had during the holiday time. Apparently I had to specify that I had a seafood allergy, even though nothing in myorder was seafood based. ???? When my parents did decide to call the manager about the incident being I had popcorn shrimp in mychicken nuggets combo, (mind you there was more than one piece) he insisted my parents were in the wrong for not specifying Ihad an allergy. I then proceeded to talk to the manager myself, and still insisted that I was wrong. I am a 21 year old collegestudent, and with my previous 2 years fast food experience that I?ve had, I?m pretty sure you don?t cross-contaminate seafoodwith regular chicken, correct me if I?m wrong. The funny part is, the manager Mohammed whom I spoke too, told me he would havechanged the oil if we told him, blatantly admitting he does indeed cross contaminate his food!
