Worst place ever! The staff is horrible and the manager is useless. The manager decides to hide and ask the staff to don't tell... the customers that she's the manager because she doesn't want to take care of any issue. The staff doesn't get trained well nowonder the staff always is new. The place is dirty and everyone there are very rude, so people be careful if you order somethingonline because they do forget to use gloves and touch your food. Read more
I got the 10pc chicken family which is $15.99 on mobile order but they charged $21.76($19.99 + tax). I showed them $15.99 + tax... on its app but they said it's not working on my store caz the system isn't working now. Ok...fine... how do they chargedifferent price? Just the system doesn't work so they charge more than the price shows on its app... so ridiculous.... it's justbecause they can do whatever they want just saying everything goes up and people just buy with no choice. Chinese staff, short hair, little fatty, short, with glasses. Working on 7/3/2022, afternoon, she is extremely rude and bad... attitude. I was there for pickup up my mobile order. I worked here for about to 2 weeks morning shift. Staff was friendly and hard working the food was good too. I rate this one... star because of the manager, I got fired because I was not to work Saturday since no one was able to take care of my daughter,manager told me to stay off Sunday and I still asked him Sunday if he wanted me to come because I was able to but he said no.Same day he tells my coworker to tell me I?m fired. He couldn?t even say it himself. I text him to pick up my last paycheck hetold me of course then he blocks me. Either way it?s been a week and I?m going tomorrow to pick up my check since clearly hedoesn?t want to give it to me. Wish me good luck. I really request a new manager who does his job. Read more
first time order here, Staff were great, the only main issue was none of the chickens were crispy, how can you eat fried chicken... not crispy. I ordered online and it was ready in 2 mins, so that was fast, I think the reason for it to be not as crispycompared to other Popeyes, was because they just fried too much, and it was probably sitting there for quite some time. Theother thing i want to mention, the ghost pepper felt like regular spicy, so not spicy enough. Read more
It's Popeyes. A little dirty and a little messy. Dirty bathrooms. Food is good though. It's busy enough to stay fresh. Employees... are quick but they often seemed rushed and inconvenienced. Drink machine definitely needs cleaning and condiments need stocking. Read more
