Horrible horrible horrible. If you want to order for delivery, Uber eats, postmarked, doordash etc. DO NOT ORDER. I order my... food because I didn?t have the time to pick it up. And they gave my Uber driver the wrong order without double checking thename. Now I wasted $22 and if that was the case I would?ve never ordered or just picked it up at a later time. Read more
BEWARE of this Popeyes location!!! I go to this location only because my friend is in this area of Queens and she drives and... this location has a drive through. 3 times in the last 5 orders from this 217th Street Hillside Avenue Queens Village locationwas intentionally cheated. First 2 times were from the drive through and third time went inside to monitor what the employeeswere doing when it was not busy. When this location is not busy that is when you know there is no excuse for mistakes, they areintentionally cheating. They will mix rock hard no meat wings in to a large order of wings, they will give you legs and thighsinstead of breastr and wings, they will give you a cup of mashed potatoes and gravy filled less than half way instead of full.The only item they don't cheat you on are the cajun fries but you may have to wait longer for them to be packed into your order.Do not drive away or leave the inside of the store until you check your order and don't hesitate to tell them to fix the order.If they refuse to fix the order then ask for a refund and "maybe" if enough people catch them intentionally cheating on ordersthey will actually fill orders to match what customers are paying for. Also pay with cash, when I was in there last week whenthe mashed potatoes cup was half filled there was a customer complaining of an overcharge on their debit card and the managerhad to make several phone calls to figure out how to refund that customer $4.37. This is so horrific. I went to the drive thru around 7pm. I used my debit card to pay for my meal . At 9pm I got a text message... from my bank to say my card was declined because the pin wasn?t entered . I called my bank to find out what was going on and wastold that my card was used to placed and order for $30 off of tick tock .someone stole my card information from this Popeyes andtried to used it for their own person gain . This is so horrible. I am in shock. How can these people try to steal someone hardearn money. I called the store tried to get in contact with a manager and no one answers the phone . Usually get the 13 piece chicken only deal for takeout. I get mixed spicy and mild to accommodate my family. Not much side... choices so its better to cook your own sides at home. Side choices are mash potatoes, rice and red beans, and coleslaw. Chickenis nicely fried with crunchy skin. The seasoning they used is salty for my taste. Read more
Terrible Terrible Terrible. First of all their customer service is the worst. Second I ordered a 10 pcs meal and there was only... 9 pcs in the box(3 thighs, 2 legs, and 4 wings). Today I went to Popeye's to get 2 orders of two piece chicken with mashed potato first of all the lady by the cash register was... very unprofessional very rude and sarcastic when the food got ready we ask her for one barbecue and one sweet heat sauce theygave me attitude saying that sauce doest come with chicken that we have to pay for it since when sauce doesn't come with thechicken I don't get it .
