This is a store that I do not care too much about after my experience. The girl at the front really couldn't understand my... order. I stood there trying to explain and describe the order which was pretty simple. I placed an order...2/3's of the order was wrong. I called the store the "Manager" who would not give his name blamed Uber. I... explained the error was made by whomever packed the order not Uber Eats. OUTSIDE OF THE ORDER BEING WRONG...IT WAS COLD AND NOTFRESHLY MADE. THE BISCUITS AND CHICKEN WERE HARD. The Manager hung up the phone on me...when I asked him to please reprpcess theorder thru Uber eats because I could not leave my residence to.go.to the restaurant. I had some coupons and decided to use one. I like Popeyes Chicken as it's tasty and doesn't have too much oil. The Cajun Fries... are just right for me. I really like their Chicken Sandwiches as they're the best fast-food chicken sandwiches I've ever had. I don't eat much fast-food anymore but I get some Popeyes every couple of months. I'm a senior citizen so I have to be carefulof not eating too much sodium and saturated fats. The store near me is nice and clean and the staff is polite and helpful. Inever have to wait a long time. The food is always old and cold they will refry your friends so you have to watch when they make your order
