HORRIBLEEEE HOORRIIBLEE CUSTOMER SERIVE. NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL. I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW THEY HIRE THOSE CASHIERS.... RUDE,UNPROFESSIONAL, YELLING OVER THE PHONE JUST FOR A SIMPLE QUESTION. I called this store on the 24 of oct around 2:15 pm. The lady that picked up the phone call didn?t even know how to do her job... properly at the customer service. I asked if Popeyes still has the flounder sandwich and very rudely she said no. She didn?teven let me finish my order and hung up on my face. I called again no one answered, she picked up the 2nd time and yelled at mesaying why the hell do i keep calling back when she already Mentioned that there is no flounder. I mean ok that?s fine but letme finish my order or order whatever i want. I simply asked if there was any spicy sandwich. She was screaming over the phone,absolutely no professionalism, and said everyone has it why wouldn?t I. Like the tone and everything. Anyways. HORRIBLE CUSTOMERSERVICE!!! I ordered the 9 piece family meal and a large drink that came up to $34 and change. The service was friendly and not to long. I... had to wait for the red beans and rice, but it sukked! The fries were the winner. I asked for spicy Cajun chicken, but it lackedspicy and Cajun, just tasted like crunchy salt. The meat was juicy and the biscuits were ok if you ate them right away. There are always great deals on Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen?s menu. We got a combo of 5 pieces of fried chicken, 2 sides (fries &... braised beans) and 2 biscuits with reasonable price of $9.79 after tax. The food was decent as usual. The meal includeddifferent parts of chicken and it was juicy inside with crunchy layer. Their fries was our favorite, super creamy and fingerlicking good. The braised beans wasn?t good and too much salty for us. Their service was super bad and rude. We ordered on theapp and picked up in the store. However, we still need to wait in the same line of ordering which was ridiculous. The staff wasreluctant and prepared our food without notification. We didn?t expect the best service since Popeyes is just a fast foodrestaurant but at least they should have proper attitude and clear direction for picking up. Read more
I went to Popeyes for their infamous chicken sandwich with my friend, they had spicy and original. We went around 5:30PM and... there was already a line that wrapped towards the back of the store because there wasn't enough cashiers (generally 1 out ofthree cashiers taking orders). When we finally got to the front the line, it wrapped towards the register area.....I don't thinkthis location was fully equipped to handle the promotion. That being said the sandwich was alright, it costs $4 for just thesandwich which wasn't bad and around $10 for the meal. It was pretty much like a chicken tender in buns with two pickles andspicy mayoish sauce (if you get the spicy sandwich). For me it was not worth the wait. Read more
Didn't offer their $6 box that is advertised on TV. Waited for service to take order 15 minutes. Parking was an adventure. I... will never stop at this particular Popeyes again. I normally rate their other locations very good., but this was abysmal!!! Read more
