You can barely communicate with the people working there and then the covid masks don't help much either. I ordered a #8... (Classic chicken sandwich) got home and received a spicy chicken sandwich for my mother who is allergic to the spic THANKS... Ialso asked for a large and received fries thrown into a paper bag and a regular size drink... I asked if that was a large andshe said yes... clearly not a large because large comes in a plastic cup not paper. I don't want to return if the place is socheap they don't even have the box for the fries, lie about the drink choices and get the order wrong and it wasn't even busy. Read more
I went here on Tuesday 12/18 at 330, the manager there need to be brushed up on customer service and needs to know that if he... drops a chicken on the counter, to not put that chicken back in the box he is serving me. he drops the chicken and then puts inback in the same box right in front of my face, and after i confront him about it he tries to explain to me that the countersare clean, this is obviosity not the case. he gives me a grin look the whole time im there waiting for them to finish my order.i live close by to this place and will never go back if they do not even have the decency to say sorry and replace the box ofchicken he tainted. I visited with my daughter to have lunch. The interior is very well lit and maintained. Clean restroom. The employees were... courteous. The food was well presented and overall it was good. My major complain is that they need to decrease the sodium(salt) particularly in the chicken; the taste was a bit intense. Read more
ZERO STARS is what it truly deserves. I?ve never been so disappointed from a fast food restaurant before till now. There was... such a long wait time, but I initially was third in line. It took me exactly 16 minutes to be able to order my food. Thepreparation for the food didn?t take long which I was surprised by because of how long I waited, but when I got home and ate it,the food taste like RUBBER and was really CHEWY. It honestly tasted like the chicken was fake, and they barely put any type ofsauce on it as well. I opened up the chicken and part of it looks white as if it wasn?t cooked all the way.
