One of my go to pizza store in Corona. Whenever I order a pizza with topping or bread sticks it's always hot and on every byte... of pizza you can feel toppings. The food temperature and quality is awesome. Always friendly staff. Read more
Be very careful from ordering from here, the service that is provided by the store manager is subpar. When I tried to call about... my order that was stated as "delivered" on PapaTrack, I called the store 7 times and they placed me directly on hold each time.Papa John customer service also tried to call the store and they did not answer them. The 8th time someone finally answered mycall. I am pretty sure they were tired of their phone ringing so much. The manager did not even listen to my question or mentionmy name or order number before saying "your food will be there by bike shortly" and hanging up on me. It took my food an hourand a half to be delivered and the store is only 7 minutes from my house biking distance. This is the second time this hasoccurred. They have lost a customer. Read more
I would give it 0 if I could. Ordered on the papa John's app and after half an hour it said that the ordered was delivered but I... never received my order so I called the store and they said that he is 5 minutes away. 18 minutes later I call again cause I'mwaiting downstairs and they say that it's another 2 minutes and I asked them why they said 5 minutes half an hour ago. He saidto just give them another 5 minutes. Then I asked for the drivers number and he hung up. I called again and asked for the numberand he said hold on. And that took a whole 8 minutes. I used my other phone to call them and they never picked up. I hear thephone ringing in the background through my first call that they never hung up from. That was another 8 minutes. I hung up againand called and they finally picked up and I asked them to give me the drivers number and how long it would take for my pizza toarrive. They then go ahead and said 35 minutes. I asked them why they said 5 minutes half an hour ago and their excuse was thatthey only have one guy doing delivery. Ok but if u only had one guy then u could of told us that it would take longer instead ofgoing on the app and saying that it was delivered. If u said that It was gonna take longer in the first place I would wait butthat was not the case. After that I asked them to just cancel my order and he said ok. Meaning that the order never left thestore and they prob didn't even start my order. It's ok if you guys are busy but just don't say stuff that isn't true. Don'ttell us 5 minutes when it's another hour! Can't believe how bad and rude the service was. It was a waste of my time and don'trecommend anyone ordering take out from this store. Read more
