When the delivery guy was here with my order he didn?t call me to let me know that my order is here, he banged supper hard on... the door and made me take the pizza out of the bag myself and he was looking in my house like he was looking for something hishead was literally in side of the house and looking all over, which was very disrespectful. And he stepped in the door lookedaround and left which was super disrespectful and weird, I?ve never had this happen to me before, he is an Indian guy looksabout 6ft with a long face shaped and blue maybe turquoise color Bengali head wrap. Good location for a papa John pizzeria, o ordered from them about a week ago. I ordered from grub hub.The delivery was fast and... accurate. Nothing was missing. The order consist of a chicken and beef pizza along with some garlic parmesan wings as well assome boneless chicken wings. I would definitely order from them again. Read more
The worst papa John?s EVER, they mess my whole order. It took them 2 hours to deliver my pizza, an by the time it got here, the... pizza was cold and nasty. worst service they dont listen your order they just say ok will make it. but pizza always comes with one or other issue
First time ordering from papa johns it was a horrible experience. During this pandemic all restaurants are mandatory to do... contact less delivery and are required to wear a mask upon arrival. But the delivery man did not wear a mask and did not followcontact less delivery protocols. I called the store right away and the person on the phone just asked me who the delivery personwas (which I didn?t know the name of but gave my delivery info) and said she will look into. She didn?t even reassure me thatthis will be implemented next time. Very disappointed. Read more
We received a completely different pizza from what we ordered. When we called to correct this the person who answered the phone... told us we'd have to pay for a new pie for them to deliver the correct pizza. Why should I have to pay for this place's screwups!? Also be careful with the delivery people from here, they will attempt to short-change you. I highly suggest avoidingordering this place. Read more
I ordered the cinnamon pull apart, it was amazing, nice hot and moist. I think I am actually addicted to them now. If your not... to big on sweets I wouldn't suggest getting it because it is very sweet. Read more
