I won?t be ordering from here again anytime soon nor can I recommend it to anyone with a good conscience. It?s not the food... that?s the problem but the customer service. I ordered on seamless and received the notification at what time my order should beready; I arrived to learn they never got the order ???? something about ?the fax didn?t print? and had to wait another 30 mins.Also I ordered a nacho libre burger but they didn?t have pineapples. As I sat here and waited for my food to get ready I was reading all the reviews and some of them making me regreat to have... walked in here. But there are 3 kinds of reviewer for me: 1: those who cry because customer service didn't vow down to them. 2:angry customers who did not their way 3: those to take reviews objectively Their food is not bad, it's not WOW but it's not asmany comments here say, I took pics of my meal, yes they do serve u in a dirty tray but it's not like your food does not have acontainer of its own. The samm, is the sandwich I order was flavorful crispy and felt fresh, I have included pictures. Customerservice from the girl is friendly from a guy is nothing, it's absent but it's not rude either. I can say I would eat here oncein a while, this place is exactly what the name is MUNCH unless u are a teen, also prices are a bit too much. Ordered the chicken and lamb platter and it was so bad. First initial bite was okay then there's this horrendous aftertaste.... Eaten from so many halal carts and platters, but I would've been better off getting the same thing from a street cart. Onlyredeeming part were the hashtag fries, which were okay. The only reason it's getting two star is because my family and friends like this place and also because it's Halal however... someone who loves meat and has tried various halal burger joints throughout USA and middle east I find it to be just OK!!! This review I am writing after visiting few times and observing that this is just a hype due to burgers being Halal andnothing more ... I have tried and chicken and beef , both in different attempts were OK not great and not bad ... They wouldhave received 3 STAR if it wasn't for burgers becoming COLD due to this place having NO HEAT ... Who wants to eat cold friesand burgers ??? Yes sure I have had cold meat from fridge that's cuz I am to lazy to warm it up at 3am in the morning lol butnot when I am paying for it and driving around for 20 min just to look for parking !!! Its a good place for a quick eat and some nice take out food. They serve only hala meats and no pork, but the sandwiches and... fries are pretty good. Read more

Used to be a great place for some Halal burgers and sandwiches but now food don't taste as good as it did before. Staff working... there don't seem too friendly and get a vibe that they give "I rather not see any customers". Read more
