WOW! I have never had Fateer before ? and my life and tastebuds are forever changed! Our server was so generous with us and... helped us figure out what to order since it was clearly our first time. Off of her suggestion we decided to get the combinationso we could try a little bit of a mixture of fillings inside. While waiting, we watched in complete awe as the man at thecounter artfully flipped and tossed the dough ? it grew to be GIANT and almost reminded me of a bullfighter flapping his cape ?it was seriously ARTISTRY. We watched him assemble our Fateer and toss it into the oven and waited while literally salivating. When the food finally came ? WE WERE IN HEAVEN! It is beautifully golden and crispy on the outside, then filled with some ofthe most flavorful food I have ever had. Even though I?ve never had it, it immediately felt like comfort food. The cheesypastrami bites were like a piping hot pastrami sandwich, the ground beef and veggie sections was like eating a Shepard?s pie ?and all of it together with the chewy and crispy dough?? RUN to Mum?s and experience it for yourself! I am hooked and we arealready ready to go back to try all the other Fateer ? especially the dessert one! ???? This place supposedly closes at 11:30pm At 10:45 pm My kids and I tucked in bed in our pj?s and my son starts talking about... Nutella and Egyptian food ???? We go on google and find this GEM ???? AT 10:50pm We called them, and a lady who answered sokindly being accommodating that we will be arriving from New Jersey and we will get there 11:34 Pm She took our order over thephone and gave us recommendations on different kinds of fitir We hop in our car ???? and zoom to queens OMG OMG OMG it was soastonishing seeing the chefs tossing the fitir dough in the air. We ordered the Nutella fitir ,the nuts with powdered sugarfitir and the mixed meat fitir and 1 order of mumbar everything was beyond delicious and authentic. Very delicious halal Arabic/Egyptian food. The Place was very clean and organized. Had dinner last night there, it was yummy.... Their pizzas were so juicy and cheesy. Literally was walking down Steinway by the hookah lounges and saw this place to give it a try. The stores overall interior isn?t... bad but the customer service was something else like a weird one. So I was with my friends and we walk in and we look at themenu then we see the woman waiter she?s like the one who made the whole experience weird. So like we ordered our foods and sheautomatically thinks we want to eat out right after we ordered and before the workers start cooking I tell the lady we want tosit and eat and she says no you can?t eat here you have to eat it outside at the front keep in mind there?s not even a singlechair out and it?s freezing cold who takes hot food outside that?s freezing cold and the food within a minute will be cold.Anyways then she?s like but something else and you can eat it at a table so I spent another 7$ for French fries by the way ifyou want to spend 25$ or less you better have cash or she?s gonna be annoying about it saying I told you about our 25$ creditcard minimum at-least you could make 10-15$ credit card minimum but no it has to be 25$ lol. Very rare when you find eastern pie ?Feteer Sharky? with this amazing quality and delicious ???? taste. I tried all the beef... feteer: sausage, pastrami, and ground beef!
