2am pickup experience on a weeknight: You roll up and the place is full of people just standing around waiting for their orders.... You order via the kiosk and they are out of paper so they can't print you a receipt for your order. You wait around for 25minutes thinking they forgot your order. The order board has literally dozens of numbers on it yet no one seems to be gettingtheir order. After a grand total of 30 minutes of standing you finally get your order. The fries are kind of cold despite themjust coming out of the fryer. At least no one started a fight and none of the beggars on myrtle didn't come in and start ascene. Read more
Had a terrible experience during the very early morning hours where I went to order. Ordered from the kiosk inside. I stood by... the counter for about 20 minutes and no one approached me nor asked me if I needed assistance. So I decide to ask one of theemployees crossing by about my order and she quickly looks at me and then continues on her way without providing assistance noranswering? so after another 10 minutes and still no food I decide to request the manager and get refund to leave. Well insteadof getting refund, the manager calls another employee who is a male this time to process the refund. The kiosk didn?t providereceipt as I order for in store, or maybe it had no ink. The mentioned employee proceeds to charge me another order supposedlyto process the refund. The end result, I ended with no food and charged twice of which only one refund came back. They're open 24hours which is dangerous when I get home from work at 3am. They're usually out of something so there's a light... wait at the counter. Highly recommend ordering pickup through the app. You save a lot of $$! Read more
I mean... It's a McDonald's, right? So, food is good. Fries are awesome. It doesn't take that long, even though it's always... full-ish. When we order online on Uber Eats, they always get something wrong. Always. That's why they lost a little star.Usually it's a wrong flavor of pie or no sauce for the McNuggets. Read more
Absolutely terrible experience! The manager was picking his nose and then picked up my cookies with his bare hands. His breath... also smelled like he was drinking. The cashier also claimed to not speak English and that she didn?t know what her manager nameswas. Do not eat here it?s so unsanitary! Read more
This particular McDonald?s on cooper Ave and myrtle ave always give you great tasting fries.
Got the J balvin meal here. My one complaint ... it came with pickles! Also had to try the spicy nuggets lol still a fun meal... overall IG- newyorkcitymunchies for more ???? Read more
It's a good McDonald's. Food is fresh, service is quick. Only one drawback, smells like urine... ????
