Charged my debit card twice for same transaction and fries were barely warm
I ordered 4 McChicken sandwiches and 2 Filet-O-Fish sandwiches but only received one of the Filet-O-Fish sandwiches. I was too... hungry to walk back and started eating. I was so angry and frustrated and tried to contact McDonald?s, but the line was so busy.Then my brother shared one of his chicken sandwich with me. I made a request for refund and about a week or so later, I receivedan email and a compensation. I understand that mistakes happen and am glad that it wasn?t ignored. Absolutely AWFUL service, please drive a couple of miles down the boulevard and go to the other location. They couldn't figure... out how to scan a deal for free fries, and didn't even offer them when it didn't work on their end. They also have the rudestpeople employed at their god awful crowded, unclean location. Read more
