Came here a few times prior. The most recent visit (before our current) was on Saturday November 6th. We had an item missing... (one hash brown) but didn't bother the staff it was probably a human mistake and it happens from time to time. Came back laterfor dinner where my soda was a medium instead of a large I've ordered. It was an easily made mistake; the cup is marked mediumAND large but for two different types of beverages. Anyone can make this kind of error. Hey on the bright side i consumed a bitless sugar lol ?? Today's trip I've had one of the best service! It is also why I've decided to write a review!! One of thestaff called out our order and asked if we were staying to eat in, which we've confirmed that we are. After a couple of minutestwo staff members came out with our food and drinks. I was really surprised. They've set both trays on our table and was verycourteous. We've thanked them for their assistance. I was waiting for our order to be called so i could go and pick them up. -10 stars fr. Everyone that works here late night has horrible attitudes which I don?t understand bc it?s a quiet neighborhood... it?s just us stoners and the delivery people there after 12am. I witnessed one girl be dismissive and rude to a delivery guywhen k came in to pick up my order. The delivery man asked about some sauces for the order I believe and the girl that handedhim the order walked off and yelled something back when she was already all the way in the back by the food. Tonight I orderedfrom my mobile app and when I got to the doors they were locked and I had to walk up to the drive through which is funnier thanit is rude but still kinda inconvenient and confusing when signs all say dining room is open 24 hrs. I will say - ordering in person here is fine, the morning crew is especially nice. My issue is ordering through Uber Eats. Every... time I order here through Uber, items are missing. Every time, not exaggerating. I?d understand if it?s one item every once in awhile, but it?s multiple items every single time. I?m not sure why it?s always missed, but it?s just not worth it to order atthis location. Read more
Went to dine in cause they finally had tables, placed my order which took 20 minutes to get. Ask the staff kindly if they can... have somebody clean the table because it was sticky the blonde curly hair short girl comes out and says can you just go to adifferent table we are short staffed. Mean while when i was waiting on my order she was on her phone with the PINK case on itwhile handling food. Something that takes 20 seconds to do was a big issue for her. Took photos of her texting on the phone nearfood and EVERY table that was filthy when she ask me to go to another table will send them to corporate. If you want to be lazystay at home and be a filth. They just ReOpened and Food Was Horrible! Fries were dry and hard ! Burgers not even fresh ! I got home with food and the cheese... wasn?t even melted !! How is that even possible! Finally they removed all of the inexperienced workers they remodeled it looks clean and up to date the food was good it wasn't... cold and the service was great the window worker for the drive-thru was very helpful even helped me with the McDonald's app it'shard to drive there now Read more
