First time trying Uzbek food and their Plov is so so good. Huge portion, very flavorsome, tender and flavorful beef. The samsa... is really fresh, crispy and meat is juicy. Napoleon cake was awesome way to end meal. Salad is great too and their bread is thebest, soft and crispy. The waiter and staff are all nice and helpful people. Affordable food. Good place. Real Turkic people speaking a chaghtai lanauage. Uzbek is a modern language based on chaghtai. Today was a Jewish... holiday so everything in rego park was closed. The lagman needs work but manti was super good. The waitress kind of ordered morethings for us but the food was cheap and good. They also have some Turkic songs too. Will come back again. Read more
We were craving for something different tonight and thanks to @thehalalguide_ we ended up here. Our order was: Samsa - Meat &... onion filled pastries. Excellent taste. Plov - Rice served with carrots, beef and bread. Beef and bread were really good. Therice and carrot could be better. Mixed Shish Kebabs - Marinated with the right spices and grilled to perfection.
