I have been to both here and the original location on Jackson Avenue and can conclude that this is nothing like the original.... Came into this establishment and the owner did not bother to come over to see us until we were ready to leave, though shenoticed us when we walked in. She went on about some bad blood in the family that no customer should even hear or care about.Food was consistently decent but more of a vibe that casts off a near Olive Garden Feeling. Staff is nice but the empty dininggives off a Kitchen Nightmares type of scene of a failing business. Real Italian cuisine can be experienced at Manetta's orManducatis on Jackson. Read more
I hosted a surprise shower for my sister last night at Manducatis Rustica! I am so happy I chose to have it at this restaurant!... The entire staff delivered amazing service, they took care of anything we needed. The outdoor patio space was beautiful! thefood speaks for itself, it's outstanding! Service was great! Food was okay. Long story short, the food was decent, but just a tad too cold. The Eggplant Rollatini... tasted just fine. The sauce and cheese nothing special. The inside of the Rollatini was a bit too watery and cold. The TartufoPizza had a great blend of Bufala Mozzarella and truffle oil. The oil was not overwhelming - just enough to enhance the flavor.Unfortunately, the center of the pizza was a bit too cold. The Spaghetti alla Gianna was disappointing. I don?t mean to offendMama G, but I?ve personally made red sauce on par with what was served. Overall decent food and great service. Not the best. Read more
Excellent food and service - especially for big groups. I?ve had and attended multiple events here (including a large family... brunch the day after my wedding) and the staff and owner are so accommodating, kind and reasonable. The food is excellent too -so many great Italian standards. Read more
