The waiters are stunning but slow, they don?t know the menu. A bottle of the cheapest water cost $8 dollars and the food is not... healthy, only fried stuff. My receipt included stuff we didn?t order and the non-cash fee should be illegal. Read more

I was here two weeks ago and had a unpleasant experience! Please avoid this place unless your looking to be scammed and... disappointed. Our server Jessica was pretty but clueless! I ordered a passion fruit mojito and was given the incorrect drink soI sent it back she gives me an attitude but changes it. (Drink was decent) This place claims to be a "restaurant" but theirmenu is small. Basically bar food which I normally wouldn't mind. So I ordered a steak sandwich with NO CHEESE as I am lactoseintolerant. I repeated this multiple times to her and she verbally confirmed she understood my order. When my order comes backmy sandwich has cheese! Right away I notice and don't take it from her because I can clearly see the cheese which I repeatedlysaid I didn't want. I told her I said no cheese she claims she told the chef and the sandwiches are pre-made and can't be madewith out cheese. At this moment I am upset as to why she failed to mention this when the order was placed. I told her to takeit back because I was unhappy and I was not paying for an incorrect order that can't be fixed. She said she couldn't take it offthe bill. At this point I was very upset so I asked to speak to the manager because she was not bright or helpful. HorribleCustomer Service! She then proceeds to tell me no one is there to help me. Mind you, I had the manager or owner sitting next tome 2 mins ago. The chef eventually came out and was very polite. He tells me Jessica didn't tell him to make the sandwichwithout cheese, (figures). He offered to make me something different without cheese but I was just upset and did not want to bethere any longer. I visited this place to celebrate my sister's birthday. As soon as we walked in we were met with an attitude and disregard by... the staff and the owner. we were asked to change our seats because we were occupying a larger table even though there were noother people who could've taken the spot. we ordered the drinks, they took a long time to bring them back due to change ofstaff. Everyone was very rude and dismissive. It was about midnight when we decided to get up and dance to the music, eventhough we are not of Spanish decent, we enjoy the music and culture. we wanted to have fun and dance the night out! the ownerstopped us and told us that they had to mop the floor at midnight. We immediately paid the bill and went somewhere else where wewere met with a great service. Read more
Nice vibe, good drinks just a tad bit pricey for queens, there not in Manhattan. Other than that beautiful women, but if your... not Spanish fo?get?aboutit! Heavy in latino music.
