Went there today. Great place, good environment, no unnecessarily loud music, no drunks. The food is great and priced fairly.... The service is what makes the place, the owner seems very hands on with the business and It shows in the quality of the lounge.Would very highly recommend this lounge, plan on visiting here again God willing. Had lunch here today and the white and African American waiters i had were amazing!!! Mad the experience one of the best I?ve... ever had. The food was super good too. If you need a place to smoke a nice clean pipe you have to come here! This is by far the best in NY! Drinks are amazing as well!... Super clean and well maintained facility. It?s one of the nicest hookah places around the neighborhood. They offer a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Fir hanging... out with friends and chilling it?s a perfect spot. But for the food I wouldn?t recommend it that much. Tried out the food andit was pretty much average. I felt like you can get better food with the given price range around this area. I will highlyrecommend to take the jalapeño poppers fro the appetizers. The owner is pretty chilled and a great person. So you will enjoythe visit over here anyhow. Read more

Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill since they fully renovated and expanded. I used to come here years ago before all... the crowd was attracted to the aesthetic and the vibe. They used to be a simple hookah bar with some great options for food andcasual drinks. With the renovations and post pandemic, I don't feel the staff can handle all the tables. There were even tablesempty near me, but still no staff available to address needs. The hookah was not good and overpacked since the moment it cameout and it took over an hour and a half of total waiting time to come get it fixed. Eventually, it was extremely off putting.There was a manager present that was smoking hookah with another party without checking on tables or even looking if anyoneneeded assistance. It seems like they are distracted and not prioritizing the satisfaction of their patrons. The experienceshave not been good on multiple occasions. The menu used to have visuals and a book of great options years ago. Now, it is asimple laminated mat with plain writing. Unfortunately, that may be minimalist design, but it's also confusing for those who areunfamiliar with what they offer. After years of coming year and at one time boasting about how great this place was, I will nolonger return with my friends. There are plenty of other hookah bars around and they would have to make serious improvements tomore than just the decorations in order to get back to what they used to be. Read more
