I've been wanting to come here for years and finally had the opportunity to on my recent visit to NY. Best momos I've every had... - so juicy and flavourful! The soup was great too. I want to try everything on the menu. Friendly staff too! Read more

The best family-run business with the friendliest owner and delicious food! We loved everything we ordered and was even given... tea samples! It was the first time my husband and I had Tibetan dishes, and we will definitely be back for more. They even tookthe time to explain the dishes and made our experience even better. Special thanks to the chef-owner! Read more

Best Tibetan food I?ve found in the city so far. Thenthuk was comforting and fresh, the Shabaleb were absolutely amazing (gotta... try them!), and the Momos were great as well. Service was impressive and efficient, especially considering the one waitressserving the entire restaurant. Everything was very reasonably priced as well. Read more

Great service and tasty food! Had the beef chili and enjoyed it a lot. The chili sauce is super hot but very tasty!

My first experience with Tibetan food. We ordered the spicy lamb ribs and the beef dumplings. The ribs were super tasty and were... spicy but not too spicy. The dumplings were ok, not bad. It seems like they had put celery inside which gave it an odd taste. However, they do offer a beef with chive dumpling which probably would have tasted better. There's also this spicy sauce theyhave on the side which is good on everything! Will probably come back next time I'm in NYC Read more

Good food! Although the service is a little slow. Definitely try the beef & chive momos (dumplings).

This place caters to "their own" because there seems to be an unwritten rule that you seat yourself. There is no overeager... hostess waiting to seat you. They took another table's order before me, so I had to flag them down, letting them know that I amready. Momos here are surprisingly good! I had momos one other time, from a food truck, they were awful, dense, no flavor, basically inedible, which kept me away from trying momos and Tibetan food for many years. Back to these delicious momos. I gotthe beef & chives (steamed) and the chicken (fried). Steamed are a close cousin to "Chinese dumplings" that everyone knows. Thefried was good too. It was nice to have both. Someone with a more "Chinese palette" would probably enjoy the steamed more. Thelamb ribs chili was good, if you don't mind eating meat off a bone. At times, the meat was a bit dry, but it had goodflavor. The noodle soups were okay. I think it's better to double up on the momos and meats, forget the noodle soups. Read more
