Cynthia hope you read this bc You need to educate the lady at register Rebecca or get rid of her .She was extremely rude & lack... of customer service skills.I will not patronize your rest ever again. I ordered the veg tacos , on the menu states $9.00 & thechurros which menu list for $ 5.00.When I asked for the check I noticed i was charged 10.00 for tacos & 6.00 for churos .Ibought it to he rude lady attention & she said thats the tax.No I was overcharged .So she reissued a new check still sheovercharge me for the churros .Anyway long story short she gave me a hard time to give me back my money .Your brother did not doanything ..And she was all along saying in spanish that I was making a big l deal for a dollar !! I wonder how many ppl getsovercharged without realizing. Fix your register so you dont overcharge customers. Read more
Tacos were very yummy at the Queens Food fest!
I wanted to give this restaurant a chance even THOUGH I read the bad reviews. But I saw that the owner kept apologizing so I had... sympathy and ordered from them through Seamless? What a huge mistake???? The order was supposed to arrive the latest 12:55 pm. Icalled at 1:05 pm and the lady said the order would be there shortly. No one came. So I called again over and over for the nexthalf hour and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. I contacted Seamless and they refunded me. Finally the delivery arrived 1 hour late.What disgusting customer service. I wouldn?t be so angry if this was an isolated incident? I can understand sometimes thingshappen. But the fact that so many other people have the same complaint is UNACCEPTABLE. I have asked Seamless to remove themfrom their list of restaurants. I don?t know what will happen, but this is just sad. The man who delivered said he didn?t knowhe was 1 hour late- he just did what he was told to do?so?poor communication? Not sure what?s happening. I ordered food through the 2Good2Go app, & picked up for delivery. The food was overall great, but the wait time was VERY long.... It was the night of the Super Bowl, so of course that?s understandable, but nonetheless it didn?t appear busy & I stood aroundfor over a half hour. I might return for the good eats, but plan time in to wait if you check it out! Read more
The sign outside may say La Adelita is a Bar & Restaurant but it is also a Panaderia! They have many types of fresh pan (bread)... so leave some room for dessert or grab a pan for breakfast. Next time you?re in Woodside give their bakery a try. Read more
I love the tamales. This time I decided to try the chilaquiles. Delicious as usual! Service was excellent. Homey environment.
Very flavorful, large portions, and fun atmosphere. Their patio is large and pretty nice, as long as weather permits. We had the... chicken burrito and steak enchiladas (with green sauce).
