We visited Kyuramen on an impulse after walking around the Flushing area for a bit. We saw the sign and decided to check it out.... The restaurant is very nicely appointed, with attention to detail and a mixture of modern and classic aesthetic. It was lunchrush when we arrived, so we had to wait 20 minutes for a seat. Once we were seated (upstairs,) the servers were very helpful andcontinually checked on us. We placed our orders for the Miso ramen combo, which came with a pork bun and Thai tea. The pork bunwas very tender and tasted great, with complex flavor and juiciness. The ramen was excellent as well, with generous portions ofingredients. I went here for lunch after looking at some reviews on TikTok and Google. The quality of ramen here is superb and I really... enjoyed the private sitting area, water, and the combinations that came with the ramen (you have to specifically ask for thecombo with your ramen). The matcha crepe cake slice was delicious and the tonkotsu broth was very light but still extremelyfilling which is exactly what you're looking for in good ramen! I also usually need to order an extra amount of noodles and thistime I did not need to which was a very good thing. My server was very kind as well and checked up on me an appropriate amountof time throughout my experience. ???????????????? I love this place! very modern and high tech place. Private rooms are available and they also have a basket to... store bags and cloth since it can be little crowded inside. They have a bell inside so just press it if you need someone. Ourfood came out really fast!! Food was great! The quality was awesome! Parking was a bit issue but I will definitely visitagain!! Food was delicious. The Tonkotsu was solid, nothing too crazy. But the chashu and ajitama were the real highlights. And the... noodles were fantastic with great chew. We also got the matcha latte which was great and not too sweet. We did have an issuewith the soft shell crab dish. We completely finished the ramen before that dish made it to the table which made it awkward forthe one person who didn't get ramen since he pretty much had to sit and watch us eat. But when he got it, he said it was worththe wait so go figure! Definitely will revisit the next time we are in Queens. Read more
