We order from this restaurant practically every week. Today the delivery guy showed up and called to say he's outside. We asked... him to give us a minute and within a few seconds he started banging on the door saying "come on come on!!!" When asked why hewas being so rude, he proceeded to inform us to order from another restaurant next time. Thinking that as a business, the personin charge would like to know how rude their driver was, we called. The "cashier" answered and informed us that the driver hadalready contacted him to say we took a really long time to answer the door. When I explained what really happened and that wehad three individuals that witnessed his rudeness, this "cashier" stated "Well that's not what the driver said". Pathetic placewith no sense of customer service. When they're late and don't deliver your food for two hours, you must be understanding buttheir drivers cannot possibly be in the wrong. I've been ordering takeout here for years. My go to is a Chicken Fried Rice with no eggs and I've never been disappointed. I... always order ahead on the phone and by the time I get there, my food is there waiting for me. They're quick with having yourfood ready, at least when compared to New Thriving next door which could take over 20 minutes to pick up your food. I ordered the spicy chicken lunch special with lo mein. I ate none of the chicken. It looked very suspicious like chicken fat or... the unwanted parts of the chicken. The lomein was fine. Read more
Honestly a crazy show from the get go. Delivery guy left the food hanging on the fence instead of my front door. Anyone could... have taken my food away without me knowing. I got roast beef fried rice and paid extra for the mixed veggies and baby corn.Never got veggies and corn in the rice. I also got curry beef with white rice which was ok a bit. It was very watered-down. Thechow mein was actually very bad. Nothing had flavor and it was oily. Today I ordered the Cha Chi Kai Shrimp it was so hard, dry and almost like rubber. The picture that you see is the batter pieces... that I peeled off to find the hard, dry and rubber shrimp which seems like it was fried glue. Maybe they refried the food orthey over fried. This place is a huge no no no. Went to dine in on a Friday afternoon around 5pm (2 people) . Our waitress did not even introduce... herself. She gave us the menus and came back in a few minutes to take our orders. We got the pepper shrimp fried rice and anorder of chicken and broccoli. We were not offer any water for the table. The chicken and broccoli were very cold. The friedrice was ok. Two drunk fellas approached our table and were very annoying. We ask nicely for them to leave our table and ourwaitress or management did nothing. We ask for the check and our waitress came to the table with a tiny receipt and gave it tous while still standing there looking at both of us and would not move. Usually they would leave the check and give a fewminutes. We paid and got out of there so quickly and both saying never again visiting this restaurant. Read more
The food was tasty and fresh. The service was good however the wait time was a little long.
Where do I even start ! Use to be one of my favorite spots to buy food ! But not anymore please be aware of the spoiled food !... Spent 70 dollars for 3 food and it was just a waste ! Be aware and check your food before you leave ! Read more
