On 2 occasions I've been to this location on a weekend at 10am and the food was great, definitely 5 Stars. This past Sunday I... decided to try going there at 12:15pm ...... big mistake. The only good thing about going there during peak time is the food washot unfortunately quality suffers. The chicken had a weird batter texture and I felt like in the rush to cook, some spices mayhave been skipped. The pineapple juice seemed to have lost some of its flavor and the wait time was quite a bit longer.... mostwaiting for chicken. The rush didnt effect the Aloha burger which was good and the peach mango pie was good. My suggestionwould be to avoid peak times and taste will be better and lines shorter. Read more

It was my first Jollibee experience after seeing many photos on social media. To me, this is a strong contender to the Popeyes... - the king of fast food fried chicken. The chicken was crispy, flavorful, juicy, and tender. Each bite delivered greatflavor. I thought the spaghetti was an odd choice, but it was surprisingly tasty. The sauce had a great meaty flavor that wasalso slightly sweet. The pineapple juice was fantastic - refreshing and not too sweet. I'll also recommend the hand pies! I love jollibee so I?m extremely happy there is a location on Jamaica ave. Jollibee is just the best fried chicken (especially... spicy) I?ve been eating jollibee for several years now and it?s still my favorite (the sweet sauce spaghetti with sausage)delicious. The chicken was very tasty, fresh, crispy, and juicy. It went very well with the included gravy as well. The pineapple juice is... absolutely delicious too. The workers here were very friendly to both me and my friend and both of our orders came out quickly.There is a good amount of seating both in the front and back, all of it clean with good AC. The bathroom was also very clean andwell maintained. Overall an excellent experience. Read more
I tried the Jolibee in Woodside too which was nice so I was so happy they finally opened one up in Jamaica! I ordered 3 piece... ChickenJoy with spaghetti and was only marked up for a two piece with an extra piece added for a 3 piece. Service here wasamazing! I accidentally dropped my drink but I walked inside and they gave me another for free. Came here with my best friendand the food was delicious. We ordered in store and took it go, was still nice and hot once we got home. Special thanks to ourcashier Arfred R for amazing service. Read more
Ordered online. Waited about five mins over the time I was given for pickup. No biggie. This is their 2nd day and they were... packed. Got 3pc(2 spicy, 1 regular) w/ adobo rice and pineapple quencher. Chicken was nice & crispy while first time trying therice and juice and was tasty. Read more
Love this place. The service is super fast, prices are affordable, the place is clean. I?m not a big fried chicken fan, instead... I keep going back for the palabok fiesta and jolly spaghetti. First time I?ve had these Filipino dishes and it is reallydifferent from the usual fast food fare on Jamaica Av. The fries are also really good. Read more
