This place is pretty solid for KC BBQ. I got the burnt ends with a side of Mac and cornbread. The burnt ends were amazing and I... loved their spicy sauce to dip them in. The cornbread wasn?t what you would traditionally picture since it?s served all cut upbut still delicious. The Mac and cheese prob only deserves 3* and was good but not amazing. The little lady who cleans up aftereveryone was so sweet and attentive to anything you may need. She deserves 6* (12/10 evening). You just order at the counter andseat yourself. Went on a Friday night around 6pm and it wasn?t that busy at all. They also have heated seating in a coveredpatio outside if you have Covid concerns. Read more

First time here and as a Texan with high standards for bbq. I had the brisket and ribs, I really liked the brisket, the ribs... less so which could?ve been a bit more tender. The side of coleslaws, without mayo, wasn?t southern at all though. Read more

The live band was great! The mac and cheese was alright, but the pork ribs I wouldn't recommend... The canned wine was an... adventure... Like the can advertised though probably not in the way they intended. Interesting experience is the best I can say. Read more

Can?t believe it took me so long to come here - such a great place with outstanding food. The pulled pork and brisket were the... stars but the cornbread was out of this world. Definitely come here on an empty stomach because you will be full by the time youleave. They have live music and a nice outdoor seating area which is the icing on the cake! Read more

I was feeling thirsty and decided to try out their cucumber vodka lemonade. It was refreshing, not overly sweet and the right... about of booze to feel relaxed. Their ?cornbread? is hands down one of the best I?ve ever had and I?m from Atlanta. It?s notyour typical block of cornbread bread but the taste is unmatchable! Read more

Man, you're gonna love this place. Food is great, ambience is great, and prices are really good. My favorite sandwich was the... brisket one, so tender and juicy, lots of flavor. I also tried the pastrami sandwich and the signature sandwich: John BrownPastrami on rye with coleslaw and suisse cheese. Do the signature one, better than the regular one. There's just one thing thatbothers me just a little, you need a more consistent white bread, after 2 bites the sandwich felt apart. Still great food. Read more

Spicy chopped beef was so good! So was the corn bread (even if it was surprisingly the soft crumbly, almost-pudding-like kind.).... Can?t wait to return and try the rest of the menu! Went midday (~3pm on a Monday). Not busy at all. Good and fast service. Read more

Staff was nice. Especially the lady tending the tables. Fries were well seasoned and nicely fried. Mac and cheese had good... flavoring. But that's about it. Brisket was terribly dry. Shouldn't need sauce to make it good, but we had to in this case. It was lunch time, not even dinner/end of day. Even though cut right.... it didn't do well on the bend test. I didn't orderribs...but saw people enjoying them. Don't think we'd go back there...unless someone I know vouches for another meat. Read more
