Bone found throughout my cheesesteak. One piece was over 1/2 inch long and 1/4 inch in width. Luckily I still have all my teeth... and spit it out before swallowing. Bone does not belong anywhere near a cheesesteak, obviously, and is super unsafe. Extremelydisappointed. Do better, Izzies. Read more
First time trying this out. I thought I was going to a restaurant but was pleasantly surprised by the food court that had SO... MANY options. I went with Izzie's Jawn and ordered the 6 oz beef burger well done with the works. It also came with fries. Theburger was juicy. The bun was toasted. Wish I took a pic before I started eating lol. My brother ordered the Big Mom burger anddeep fried oreos. He was very satisfied. Everything was delicious. Looking forward to trying something else next time!! Read more

Great Cheesesteaks; Amazing New experience. Tried them out in the Lower East Side and Now in my back yard! You have to enter the... Food Hall order from they?re kiosk or online and you have the facilities customer service reps bring you your food when thekitchen finishes making the food. In My case Izzies Cheesesteaks. I must admit, I am not an very experienced cheese steak eater, but my feel on these sandwiches is this: it was extremely oily... and the beef shredded down to pepples of meat. the bread was ok, but kind soggy from the immense amounts of oil. I don't thinkit was horrible, but I probably would not repeat. Read more
Horrible. Just absolutely horrendous steak sandwich. Tiny, dry. Asked for onions and aoli sauce on side. No onions, and got... ketchup instead of aoli. Cannot believe how small the sandwiches are! My TV remote is almost as big. Don?t waste your time ormoney going here! I feel completely ripped off. As you can clearly see, my sandwich looks NOTHING like what they advertise. Read more
The cheesesteak is (or was) the only thing worthwhile I've tried on the menu. I've given Izzies a few chances because I love(d)... the cheesesteak, but they recently increased the price of it by $3, making it $17.50 before any fees. Also, this time I orderedwith the increased price, my cheesesteak came without cheese and was super dry. So, that was my last chance. I've alsotried: The chicken noodle soup was THE most tasteless soup I've ever had. Chicken parm sucked. Mac and cheese was bland. Friesare normal but usually arrive soggy (by delivery). Empanadas have potential but have been burnt and/or too crunchy every timeI've tried it. Read more
