Decent food - nothing better than any other Jamaica spot in the area. No sense of customer service, friends and family skipping... lines all the time. Expect to wait 15 mins inside the store even if you?re only buying sides/drinks (which are alreadyprepared). UPDATE: THEY HAVE AN ONLINE ORDER FEATURE DIRECT THROUGH GOOGLE NO NEED TO USE UBEREATS/DOORDASH etc Highlyrecommend ordering ahead :) Best of luck to this store but they gotta figure out their front staff and move a lil faster.What?s the point of buying a patty when they leave it on the counter and you don?t get to pay for 15 minutes? I just wanted to big up this Golden Krust. The service is always great and food is good. My mom had a stroke 12 days ago and she... is in the hospital on a soft and moist food diet/bite size. She wasn't eating the hospital food I then thought maybe a beefpatti meat she can eat since it's moist and soft if I cut it for her. My hair stylist recommended I go here to get it. Let metell you my mom has ate the beef Patti's from here the last 2 days she said they good and fresh. Thank you guys you are ablessing in so many ways my mom ate the Patti's they were nice and the soft filling is exactly what she needed. Thank you! Godbless! Read more

I agree with L.. Really good food! May be the best golden krust in Queens. But the WORST customer service you will ever receive.... I have been here countless times and the service is ALWAYS the same. It doesnt matter if the line is going out the door or noline at all, you will wait! So if you have a limited lunch time, go somewhere else. If you order pickup trying to save timeexpecting your food to be ready when you get there, go somewhere else. It's sad that we are this way! Came to this store to order today! Stood and waited in line! One girl told me that the order was not ready! I waited another... 20 minutes! When she collected it again, she told me that the order was not ready, although it was ready! After I felt thatshe did not want to give it to me and answer my questions! The food is really good but the service really needs improvement the poor cashier has to be serving under eats and sharing food... plus cashing. The floor needs cleaning but I guess because of the traffic there it's like that.but overall great food. ???? Read more

The food is good but the customer service is horrible!!! And I have visited multiple times. If this restaurant is going to be a... stable in the community for a long time they must improve their customer service. I really enjoyed it. I had curry goat and rice and peas. Tasted like something my Jamaican family might make at home which is a... plus for me because they are great cooks. I enjoyed the beef patty.
