I?ve been a regular customer since 2009 and can say that the food has always been good. However, they recently increased their... product price by 29%. This will impact consumer retention and will ultimately impact customer loyalty. I highly suggest youlower your prices- especially with current economic difficulties. Read more

The food is great But their service and communication is horrible. I waited about 1.5 hours for breakfast to be delivered. All... they had to say when I placed the order is that they are very busy and ask me if would prefer to pick up. I'm only 5 blocksaway..of course I wouldn't mind especially if it take that long to receive my order. Thankfully the food was still warm. But Ifeel it was reheated because the containers seemed flimsy. Read more
this use to be my favorite place to order from but lately service has not been great they always forget something from th order... regardless of how many reminder are given, I order homefries and most of it was burnt and it looks like they cooked it aroundother food cause there was strips of bacon within the homefries. Order a chop cheese it came with French fries on it that was barely cooked and raw meat no cheese or Mayo barley soggy oil all... over I was going to bite in but something told me to examine my food I did would not recommend this sandwich. You can get sickfrom raw food. Read more
Sandwiches here are amazing. I live in manhattan but whenever I'm in college point, I make sure to eat here. The sandwiches are... so good. Grew up in flushing and live in manhattan but I think this is my fave for sandwiches as it goes for delis. My go to iswith anything with chicken cutlet. Place is sooo clean and food is high quality. They made the store nicer so there's a spot tosit, eat and chill. you'll get a kick out of the sandwich names. Enjoy. Read more
