First - the food here was really good, despite some of it coming out cold. For a table of 2, we had: nachos, the Coney Island... burrito and the crispy burrito. Everything was well seasoned. But the service here is so bad. We were just here (Sunday at 3PM)and sat outside (the only table). Giselle was our server. Giselle came over not even 30 seconds after we sat down to take ourorder. We told her we just sat down, we’ll take water while we look at the menu. By the time she came back we put in our fullorder: a Diet Coke and a regular Coke, nachos to start & share, and then the burritos listed above, I asked her to repeat theorder back to us which she did… When the server came back with our sodas, finally having a chance to look at the drink menu,I ordered a margarita. The appetizer nachos came out, they were great - we finished the nachos, but no margarita came to thetable. The server came back after the table was cleared and asked if we’d like anything, I reminded her about the margarita(she gives me a confused look), it then comes out. We’re waiting on our entrees at this point - 40 minutes later a busser (whowas very nice) comes to us asking if we want anything else. Uh???? We tell her we’re waiting for our food so she grabs ourserver. Giselle then proceeds to say we never ordered anything else or she would have remembered. We try reminding her that weput in our full ordered at the beginning and she repeated it to us. She doesn’t admit it this and instead actually tells usthat she came to us twice and we told her we didn’t want anything. Lies. Whatever, we were still hungry, so we put our orderin AGAIN. the food comes out 20 minutes later (so in total we waited an hour for entrees). As we watched tables that sat wayafter us get their food, ours FINALLY came out, not to our surprise it’s frozen cold. This place is AMAZING!! The food is delicious, service is great, the drinks perfect!! Every other Friday they have a performance... which can be a lot of fun depending on the crowd. Read more
Everything was so great here! Very kind service, delicious food, great ambient, and the portions were huge. I had the quesadilla... and we shared the churros and the três leches. Everything was perfect. Update in May, 2022: we keep coming here somewhatregularly and the experience is always great. They have a good variety of cocktails, including caipirinhas! So good! Ourfavorite is the El Patron Burrito (something like that, under burritos it comes as 'higjly recommended'). So good. It's big forone person. We usually share an appetizer and then share this one. Stopped by here because they had outdoor seating and was allowed to bring my dog. Their outdoor seating was sectioned off with... hard plastic dividers. I had a twisted frozen margarita passion fruit and mango flavored, a bit on the sweet side but not toobad. Had guacamole molcajete (mild) as a starter mild, would totally get spicy next time not enough kick from the serrano. Azteca tacos were great I got steak as my protein. Read more
Perfect for taco night! They’re drinks are fantastic and tacos are fresh and delicious. I got the Patron Taco (highly... recommend) and some other tacos (al pastor is another stand out. The atmosphere is really friendly and the staff was stellar.The bartender ended our night with a round of shots for the table and that was awesome! Can’t wait to go back! Read more
