Watch out for how much you are being charged! I ordered a medium cold brew with caramel swirl, which came out to be $5.00.... Normally with tax, it is hard for you to be charged such exact amount. Something felt wrong, so I went on the app to see howmuch it would cost. It turns out I was suppose to be charged $4.45. It's not about the $0.25 that I was overcharged, but thefact that these people think they are slick. It may have been 25 cents for me, but who knows how much they are ripping off ofother people. So, if you are going to this Dunkin, make sure you get your receipt and check that you are being charged for whatyou've ordered. This is a location that has fast service and good staff. They serve the neighborhood so that is reflected in their friendliness.... Even if they are busy, they do their best and rarely lose their cool. More often than not, when I come in to pick up my drinkright after ordering it, it's ready within a minute or two. Food does take longer but you can't hurry up toasting food. Read more

I have been coming to this donkin for a long time. They used to have great staff but now they have awful staff. I ordered a... cream cheese with bagel in person. I was the only customer there. I waited 5 mins and still the older indian lady staff didn'tgive my bagel. She started to make bagel after I asked her where is my bagel order. Literally it took 25 seconds to toast andput a cream cheese. But she totally forgot my order with no apologize. She quickly makes it and gives it to me. It tasted likea brick which I couldn't even eat. I saw the same staff at the register this time. There is a big sign at donkin donut entrancethat Medium latte is $3. I asked for latte. She punched in latte and it cost $3. Then she asked me if I want sugar in thelatte. I said yes for one sugar. She changes everything on POS system and the latte came out to $4.50! $1.50 EXTRA forregular sugar. I asked why it is $4.50, she said she doesn't know and she can't fix it. I?ve came here for couple times,... they always trying the best to meet the need of customers instead of saying ?no, we don?t have/ no, we only have this.? Ladiestreat us customers like neighbors, always do greeting to everyone. The boss came this morning and had coffee and pastrieschecked , saying ,? no, u need to put these away, not qualified.
