The worst coffee I've had in years. Iced coffee. Tasted like old grinds. Awful.
Very terrible attitude from the staff and product is very subpar. Got their mint chocolate ice cream and it tasted like chalk,... unlike ones I?ve purchased at other locations. After leaving a complaint to Dunkin? reps, the manager reaches out to me andpretends to be apologetic over the phone and asks me to come in to the store for a refund. Rather than simply refunding me forthe product when I get there, the staff pushed me to get a replacement product (that may likely taste equally poor?! ? nothanks) and decided to scold me afterwards when I was steadfast about receiving a refund. Coffee always hot and ready to go. Extremely busy location, staff is always on point.
I?ve ordered delivery from this Dunkin? location 3 times, and the order has been incorrect or incomplete each time. Maybe that... says something about my own foolishness- but this latest time was simply ridiculous. I ordered coffee and donuts for myself andmy coworkers, and it was definitely a larger order. A couple of mistakes can be forgiven in a situation like that, but we didn?treceive more than half of the order. I physically went to the location to get the remainder of what I paid for, only for them toblame the delivery person and refuse to give me the missing items. When I pointed out that they had left out items for mebefore, the gentleman I was speaking to said that sometimes they make mistakes, but this time wasn?t one of them. This isliterally the first negative review I?ve ever left for anything, but I just couldn?t let such ridiculously poor customer servicego unaddressed. Read more
The everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese I was eating felt like I was eating construction paper, because you guys are... so cheap to put no more then a little baby size container on your strawberry cream cheese bagels. There was LIKE 5 percent creamcheese!!! Why is that? Read more
