The worst coffee I've had in years. Iced coffee. Tasted like old grinds. Awful.
Very terrible attitude from the staff and product is very subpar. Got their mint chocolate ice cream and it tasted like chalk,... unlike ones I?ve purchased at other locations. After leaving a complaint to Dunkin? reps, the manager reaches out to me andpretends to be apologetic over the phone and asks me to come in to the store for a refund. Rather than simply refunding me forthe product when I get there, the staff pushed me to get a replacement product (that may likely taste equally poor?! ? nothanks) and decided to scold me afterwards when I was steadfast about receiving a refund. This, by the way, was not the firstbad experience I?ve had here, it was simply the final straw. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE, DON?T GO HERE! Read more
