I love dunkin and so far the best one I've ever been. It's super clean, organized and friendly employees. It is also super cute
rude, nasty workers, not all but especially the tall indian man. there?s always a huge line because there is not enough workers,... the people working take there time and are in no rush to shorten the line. Also today i asked to use the restroom and and thattall man was like ?there?s no bathroom here go somewhere else, nothing is free here you wanna use the bathroom go next door?then a friend of mine said ?so where do you use the bathroom?? he goes and says ?don?t worry about that, that?s not for you toknow? and goes and talks about us to his coworkers very loudly. These people don?t let their patrons use the restroom, but when two cops walked in, they were given access to the restroom... without any issue. The employees attitude towards me when I requested the bathroom was totally disgusting and one of the womeneven laughed at us. Came to Dunkin? with my fiancé for an ice cream date. We stood at the counter for a while before we were acknowledged. When we... tried to order, the cashier mumbled at us the entire time. We ordered the creature creation that?s being advertised, shecouldn?t find it in the register so she said it was not available. My fiancé placed his order for a layered cookie dough sundaeand I ordered a single scoop with sprinkles. I also asked for a large water cup with ice. I was given a large cup of ice and hadto ask again for water. She gave me 1/2 a scoop and barely any sprinkles. For my fiancé?s sundae, she made it with Oreocookies, without even asking if it was ok to substitute. When corrected about what ingredients should be used, both cashiersnumbled under their breath and just handed us the sundaes. Not one ounce of an attempt to do any service recovery. They justwent on with their evening. This location is consistent in their incorrect completion of orders and disappointing service. Thelack of attention to detail and communication with customers leaves a lot to be desired. Read more
My fiancée and I tried to order ice cream and had a few issues. My fiancée wanted one of the creature creations but they... didn?t know what we were talking about although it?s on the menu and advertised in the store. Then they tell us they didn?thave it. Which I don?t believe. In addition, I ordered the layered chocolate chip cookie dough sundae which was madeconfidently incorrectly. They didn?t have cookie dough pieces for the sundae and just decided to add oreos instead. Theydidn?t ask me about the substitution. Lastly, my fiancée ended up ordering a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a cup with rainbowsprinkles and they barely put any sprinkles on it. Another frustrating experience at this Dunkin. Read more
