I was here with my friends a while ago and the menu options wasn't that big but we had a decent time. The inside is pretty... cramped and there are not that many sittings for people. I?m regular customer of Dunkin, as a business man I always visit deferent states and cities. Most of the time I stop by Dunkin,... I brought Dunkin food and beverages that?s why I have rewards. So I live in Jamaica hillside and this Dunkin is in front of myhouse. That?s why every morning I go this Dunkin. 08/09/21 Monday around 11am to 11:15am I went to this Dunkin and I orderedcoffee and manager Kuhu came he told me I can?t use my reward if I don?t buy donuts or sandwiches. He and cashier Panna arguedwith me and very misbehaved. It was not respected as a regular customer of Dunkin. They should have trained how to talk tocustomer. I just left Dunkin Donuts located near 169th Street on Hillside in Jamaica, NYC. This unfortunately is one of MANY bad... experiences I have had at this location. So much so that it warranted a complaint. I am ordering food at the register, andbefore I can complete my order the guy at the register walks away. He then proceeds to argue extremely loudly with his coworkersbehind the counter. This went on for 10 minutes before he came back to the register and seemed puzzled as to why I am stillstanding there. I told him "you have not completed my order or taken any cash from me yet you are arguing with your coworkers".It's honestly very poor customer service. He could at least complete my order (since he started it) before walking away.Additionally the yelling and screaming behind the counter is highly unprofessional. This is not the first poor experience Ihave had. It seems they are always short supplied with products. Specifically there are never a variety of munchkins availableto name a few. It's 2 pm on a Saturday afternoon. How is the product finished already? Is someone not replenishing the stock? Iwill take my business elsewhere from now on. It's truly unfortunate. Cashier does not know how to take orders. Manager does not know how to deal with her mistake or serve. They makes mistakes and... will try to put it on the blame on customers. I order one medium vanilla spice. It was so water down and had no taste to it. Service wise they are the worst Dunkin Donut. The... lady on the back working on the sandwich station was talking to the cashier in a different language. Laughing and giggling atthe same time. That made me feel very uncomfortable because it?s not professional at all. She didn?t have no gloves on whileworking on the sandwich station. The only reason why I go there because it?s right by my house. Literally like a block way. Theyneed to hire more professional people who takes their job very seriously. Customer service was horrendous. Had to wait a while before they called me, mind you the two laddies see me but they decide to... stand and continue their conversation while I?m waiting.
