Update November 2022: Much improvement, much better. Faster, accurate order, less lines and less... waiting. ________________________________ I enjoy DD, I really do. But this location on Hillside Avenue and 179th Street issuper slow at low volume times, and high volume times the line is unnecessarily ridiculously long and unsafe due to crowding.There are times there are 4 people behind the counter, and only one person taking orders, coffee many times has to be made ondemand so you have to wait. The coffee is okay the food fine and i guess the employees do what they can with what they have, however the owner need to... higher more people, no matter how many customers they got inside there's only 1 register open and there's no drive-thru, serviceis to slow. Read more

This Dunkin Donuts has the worst employees the manager is rude, aggressive and very judgmental. The manager is constantly ... insulting me and my family, getting aggressive whenever we ask her to fix an order and making nasty remarks about our looks andpersonality and blaming us for messing up our order when in reality it was the manager and her employees fault. Thats not allthis behavior from the manager is carried on to the employees who are the ones working on the order most of the time who getannoyed when we tell them to fix something and talking behind our backs saying rude things while were calmly waiting for ourorder if there were a 0 star option i would give it. Very unprofessional worker. I was just here a few minutes ago and the worker gave my order to someone else. She did not call out... the order numbers which would make things more neat for customers to know which order is theirs instead of taking whatever isbeing shouted out by the workers since most customers have similar orders. She also talked back to me instead of apologizing forher wrongdoing. Never coming back Read more
Its wasn't what i expected they gave me the wrong coffee and forgot to warm my croissant.
Went their on April 30 2022 at about 6am and ordered two lightly toasted bagels one with butter and the other With cream cheese.... Both bagels was just warm Not toasted at all the other bagel had way to much Cream cheese. You guys definitely need to hirepeople Who care about their jobs. Read more
