I went to this Dunkin? Donuts yesterday around after 2, we saw one person tryint to do his best to serve everyone. There was... like three people infront of me and my family, and only one teller. In all my going to Dunkin I have never seen or experiencedthat; at one point I felt bad but I just couldn?t stand there and wait any longer. It?s been awhile since I have had a bad experience at DD?Customer service was terrible, talking on her cell phone while I was... trying to place the order. More so, the cold brew tasted like water so I proceeded to exchange with iced coffee and STILL tastedlike water but with sugar. Do not recommend this location. Read more

This Dunkin is the closest to me & it never fails how horrible the customer service is. They only have one employee every time I... walk in and she?s always in the back or just standing there doing nothing. There are almost never any customers in there so it?snot like she has multiple orders. I order ahead so it?s ready when I arrive but when I do she hasn?t even started anything. Read more

This used to be the best place to run for breakfast every morning. But these few weeks I?ve noticed terrible customer service. I... can?t imagine a busy morning with only one staff on duty who will do the cashiering and will prepare the order at the same timeand seems confused of what to prepare first- the online orders or the walk in customers. 15 mins wait every time I came in. Justthis morning there are two staff on duty. I am so glad and expected a fast service at last but it?s very disappointing that thestaff who?s not wearing a mask kept talking with the manager while preparing my iced coffee and all her saliva kept onsprinkling towards my drink. It?s very frustrating that when I complained about it she started raising her voice and telling methat it?s ok not to wear a mask anymore. My point here is that there?s a delta virus and you?re in the service industry. If yourpreparing food at least be concerned with not spreading germs into it. Thanks to the manager for changing my drinks andapologizing for what happened, unlike her staff who kept on talking and arguing with me. Remember that word of mouth of everycustomer helps the business kick in. Read more
