Just came in here to get the mango pineapple Dunkin Refresher. No medium cups that?s fine. Then proceeds to tell me they have no... more and they only have strawberry passion fruit one. Told them I cannot drink it because I?m allergic to strawberries. Thenthey had the nerve to tell me that my reason is not serious and they already made it and I should take it. I asked for a refundand then the cashier and the barista looked at me funny which I felt very uncomfortable. For a person who used to work in acoffee shop I?d always check before opening or delivery to be sure to know what I can serve and what I cannot at the moment. Tome they?re unprofessional in terms of dealing with guests. Also forgot to mention, when I had asked for my money back shebasically threw my money back at me.
