I ordered thru online and when I went for pick up they don?t have drinks it seems neither refund.
This place has huge rats living on their property and I haven?t seen any traps or bait to keep them away. Their dumpster is... overflowing, only making problems worse. They need to stop this. Read more
The coffee is good, but I don?t understand why the same exact coffee I buy elsewhere is an extra dollar here. I will not be... returning. Edit: tried it again. $6.30 for a medium iced latte that costs $5.30 at other Dunkin? locations. It?s more expensivethan Starbucks at this point. I just came here and I see on of the employees without a mask and the other one with it on. Like come on they need to have their... mask on. This is the second time I see a girl with makeup on always without a mask. Read more
This DD is the worst, every time you order a blue Raspberry Coolatta it?s diluted like crazy. For a large it?s supposed to be 4... pumps ok! Not 1. ???? and to make it worse the guy working here is annoyed all the time. As more customers were coming in heliterally rolled his eyes. You don?t want this place to make your favorite food people, they will literally ruin it for you. Notcoming back to this DD again. Read more
Always check your order here. If you want no cheese, you?ll probably have cheese on it. No sugar in your coffee? You?ll probably... have sugar in it. I go here a lot, especially during quarantine since nothing else is open. I know the employees don?tintentionally mess up orders but its so frequent here that I had to write this review. I like coming in the evening. It is a small space and can be crowded when just a couple of families come to sit. I'm giving it 4... stars for my late evening/night visits. I used to come earlier in the day but staff wasn't always friendly and didn't get myorder right sometimes. Most times late night staff is nice enough. The guy on the weekends who works evening is very nice and afew others. There really are reasons i can give this a lower score but you really i guess you have to understand the retail typebusiness. Sometimes they take too long to make your order but a lot of times they are the only person on shift. Which i find isnuts. There should always be at least 2 especially just for safety and especially at night. They do seem to have a bit of aturnover rate. Half their staff is regular the other half seems to always be changing. The new people don't seem to be trainedright most times and therefore do not always get the order right or understand what you are asking for. Doesn't mean they don'ttry to do good it's just they don't know or just too new to the business. There are times there are some what may think arestrange people there. Like the guy who is sitting in front of me now while i write this review. He talks and laughs to himself.However, there hasn't ever been an issue as long as i have been coming here (almost 2 years). This guy is a regular too. He justdrinks his stuff, eats his food and keeps to himself. He doesn't shout just talks quietly to himself. It's not bad it's justdifferent but no reason to worry about sitting down and enjoying your order. They keep the place clean too. They have a tv. They scanned my rewards two times for munchkins for my two little kids. But didn?t give me the munchkins. I am tried to argue... this little things but they took away 150 point rewards from two little kids and still keep saying. We are not charging youanything. Such a shameful DD. Read more
