I live a block away so I?ve bee. I?m here 8-10 times and w wry single time it is the absolute worst customer service ever. ... After repeating my order 3-4 times they still get it wrong and most recently (today) they told me they couldn?t make a productbecause the machine was being cleaned but then laughed when I asked how long it would take. When I wasn?t sure what I wantedinstead they just kept laughing so I left. Go to the 24 hour one across the street in Astoria blvd or go down the street to theone under the train station. Read more

I love this Dunkin. Don?t believe the haters with the negative reviews! All the staff are nice and they all move fast to get you... in and out! The manager always has a smile when he is there and greets everyone. Sad they changed their hours to close earlywhich will change my late night calories, but that?s probably for the best! Read more

My wife ordered a half dozen donuts, and specifically a strawberry donut for our 5 year old who isn't feeling well and that's... all he wanted. Instead of telling us they were out of strawberry donuts, which would have prompted my wife to go to anotherdunkin, they just packaged up 6 donuts and didn't say a word. My little guy was pretty upset, to say the least, when we openedthe box and his donut wasn't there. At MINIMUM, they should have had the courtesy to tell my wife they were out. Wouldn'trecommend this location, there are other better trained and more attentive locations in the area. Read more
