Yep happened to me too. Lady charged me extra for whipped cream for a signature caramel ice craze latte. I never am going back... to this place. It?s expensive enough that now she?s changing extra for stuff that comes with it. I hope management fires her. Read more
The staffs are extremely rude and it?s not the first time. Placed a mobile order went to go pick it up, completely ignored.... Stood by the counter because I had to place an order that I forgot in the mobile order. Woman just stares at me, walks away,comes back and stares at me. Doesn?t ask if I need help. Responds with a rude WHAT? because she couldn?t hear what I was saying.She doesn?t give me my receipt or ask if I need one and just walks away. They just don?t want to speak. I worked in the area and this was the only coffee shop I could go to with enough time to return. In terms of cleanliness, it?s... needing improvement as most of the time, it?s quite messy. In terms of service it?s alright but they crumble under pressure. Theonly guy who works there is the one who sets order. I remember one day I order coffee using the app, but I forgot to order itwith oat milk, so I asked Suki to make it with that milk She gave me a dirty look and told me I had to pay for it. I alreadyknew that because I always order the same type of coffee. The products are inconsistent as some days are fresh and other,they?re not and one can tell. I?m glad I don?t have to come back. I ordered a bagel with eggs and coffee. The cashier gave me the coffee, few minutes later a second employee popped up.. asked me... if I wanted to order, I said I did, then she started taking the order of the next customer and few minutes later that customergot his order and left, and I am still waiting to get my order.. Then the second employee apparently realized somehow that I amstill waiting, obviously not for a date, so she asked me if I need anything,, SO I replied that I did not get my bagle yet, thenshe went and looked and found the order recipt in the machine waiting patiently for the magic hands to cut the bagel and toastand put the eggs on it in a minute. Of course after that handed to me silently. The place I sat on, the table was not cleanafter a customer, you can still see debris of bread and poppy on it ..the floor is dirty. No one has the time to serve theircustomer attentively enough, forget about cleaning the place. Management dysfunctionalily. I had a cut out vip promotion for $2 medium coffee. The ad said it is reusable till 10/30. When use at this location, they took... my card and said manager says it's a one time offer! I took my card back and canceled my order! The other DD I go to honor mycard and returned it to me. Read more
Rude staff and overpriced garbage coffee. Slow service too. Go to the nearby Chinese bakeries instead their coffee is delicious... and way cheaper. Dunkin makes the most disgusting donuts in the world they?re artificial and have no flavor. Read more
Went to get a tea and donut but there was no lemon for the tea and the donut was stale. I won't be going back to that one.
