They take a very long time with orders. I usually try to use the mobile app to order in advance so I don't have to wait so long... but they never remove the out of stock items on the app. I often end up having to wait to replace the item that I ordered andits frustrating when I have to go to work in the morning. Pro Tips: When bagging pastries that have outside icing, slamming them smack against the inside of the paper bag is a no-no..... When asking for an iced drink, specifically with light ice, filling said cup with 88.5% ice and 11.5% latte.... does not a yummyand costly drink make. Be better folks ???????? Read more
I order from them very regularly and am surprised when they get my order right. Its not a hard order, I just ask for milk and... splenda in my tea and people dont want to open the splenda packets. Take it off the menu if you dont want to. I had to arguewith them once when they gave me coffee with a tea bag that they did that. The woman then remade it after I asked multiple timesand gave it to me with a laugh saying oh its much lighter....Yes, it no longer has coffee in it. Read more
I left a bad review a couple of years ago and nothing has changed at all... it actually got worse, which is very hard to... believe. This will be the last time I step foot in this place. There is never EVER a time you can walk into this DD , order andget out in a timely manner. You will always wait on a line for at least 5 to 10 minutes.... and that's when they're not busy.See for yourself. Just for the heck of it, try for yourself. It doesn't matter what time, you will always wait. They are wayunderstaffed and the manager is always dazed and confused. How this place is still in business, I'll never know. Go to the oneon Hillside Ave in floral park.... so much better and under much better management. Maybe this time management or the ownerwill check their reviews and possibly do something about it. They are understaffed. Long wait poor quality food. Ordered grilled cheese and I think it's microwaved. Definitely not grilled.... Coffee is bitter. And I ordered a mocha. Should have been sweet. Read more
