They don?t know how to make coffee, hot or cold. When you ask them to remake it, they want to have an attitude about it.
Took a photo too, Who ever is manager here must have taught staff to make the refreshers with almost 80% green tea and a drop of... 20% of the strawberry, make it 50/50 like other Dunkin locations, took one sip it tasted like tea only, I'm spending money forstrawberry not for all green tea last time I go here, I advise anywhere else. Had to buy another one at another location. Thedifference shows the one on the LEFT is from another location, the one RIGHT is their location hardly pink you could taste thedifference and see the difference. Read more
Worst spot to buy from! Costumer service sucks and the employees always have an ugly attitude. They tend to mess up orders and... won?t attempt to fix it and when using the app they?ll give you burnt food. Read more
Best Dunkin in the Brairwood. I come to this DD for past few years and I find the food and beverages always fresh. This is one... of the Dunkin where I see the old coffee is discarded rightaway and fresh coffee served. Excellent Management, e specially themanager Lipi makes sure that coffe is served fresh????? . Lived in area over 20 years. Owner is really greedy and should be fired. Clearly understaffed during peak morning and afternoon... hours. Have been using the app for over a year to avoid the lines but they still manage to get the order wrong sometimes andhave blamed me before for ordering wrong when I order the same thing everyday for the past 4 yrs. I only come here for lattes there only about 2 good employees in this store.The other employees are always on the phone. I could... have walk away twice with a dozen donuts for free since they don?t pay attention.Also they really need someone cleaning upbecause it?s always dirty.
