I bought 1 dozen donuts on Friday 5/13/20226 jelly and 6 different flavors The 6 jelly had no jelly in it I call that same night... and let them know one of the workers told me to go on Saturday he will give me back 6 jelly donuts but when I went on Saturdaythe femal manager refused to give me the donuts. I go through Dunkin? Donuts drive-through daily and I never had a good experience. I should?ve learned my lesson but I always... try giving them a chance. I use the Dunkin? Donuts app, so there should be no question, however even if I go during peak timesthe coffee is cold when it?s supposed to be hot. I like being able to place an order on the app ahead of time to get to work ontime but I have to say that is also not worth it. They have never gotten my order right! I shouldn?t have to check my order tomake sure that the 3 things that I ordered are correct! And forget about eating anything toasted they never warm anything up.Straight up chewing on a rock early in the morning. The ladies behind the drive through kiosk are straight up rude and talkabout attitude it?s atrocious! Whether I ask for no ice or less ice they can never accommodate. I went to get some cappuccino blast with Oreo?s cookies & cream drink as usual I order. But around 7:45 there were two ladies... working extremely rude & I asked them to put no ice because they load the whole drink with the ice. One of the lady said she?llneed to put extra scoop of ice cream & I was fine with it ,also I agreed to pay extra.but instead the lady started arguingtelling me that the drink will come out watery when it?s not true because she wanted to put water instead of ice. This is veryrude & unprofessional because if a customer is requesting you to make a drink certain way & then you are being rude & informingthem with wrong information ,even though they are willing to pay double the price of the drink. Very unprofessional staff ownerneeds to look into this. Otherwise it?s the least favourite Dunkin in the neighbourhood & I won?t be surprised if it shuts downpermanently. Read more
The worst service attention , I bought my coffee and croissant like always and seat there to eating and then I tell her if I can... use the restrooms , and she told I don?t have restrooms, so I said where do u go if u want to use it . So tell the bathroom isjust for employees! And was in shock with the bad attitude and completely rude and the starts talking in her Indian languagewith another there ! Unbelievable, FYI IS ILLEGALLY TO DENY CONSUMERS the bathroom in the store . you can call the town or 911. Really disappointed. Read more
Very disappointed , I buy this drink every day, great, they put a lot of ice, I give two try drinks and drink is over , it every... day, and I pay more than 5$ for this mactcha drink !!!!! Absolutely worst staff and service. My pickup order is always wrong. What?s the point of a pickup order if it takes longer than... actually ordering in store. Staff is always rude. There was a fight last time because a worker told the customer the f word atthe drive thru. They gave the customer the wrong order and instead of fixing it they told her f you. I asked for less ice inmy ice coffee and she argued with me and said I can?t do that. Barely want to give you cream, straws or napkins with your order.Stale doughnuts, terrible sandwiches, mediocre coffee and rude service are the only things you?ll find at this location. Read more
