Terrible service and selection
Flies EVERYWHERE. Staff got confused with the most basic orders. Coffee was AWFUL- so much sugar syrup (which I didn?t ask for)... that my drink was completely white and tasted like there was no coffee inside. Even after mixing it the drink was absolutelyundrinkable and tasted like pure sugar syrup. All of my peers that ordered drinks here had the exact same experience with thedrinks in general having way too much liquid sugar and just tasting off in general. Very disappointed as usually Dunkin? is mygo to for coffee but this experience was absolutely awful. Read more
Slowest service ever. Confused about orders, almost purposely slow and disorganized
They don?t accept payments with Dunkin app and unlike Dunkin shops at JFK, they don?t offer Ref Bull.
Took half an hour to get a cup coffee.
40 minutes for a coffee, and order was wrong anyway. Two Karens showed up after me but got served before like 10 other people... waiting. Can?t blame the staff though cause they were being verbally harassed so probably a good move to just get them out asaplol. Also, as the other reviews mentioned, there were indeed a lot flies (?).
