Fraud Alert! 11-30-22. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that is clearly priced on the menu at $4.29. I was charged $6.52. When I... asked the cashier Tahmina why she overcharged me, she said that this is the real price, and asked if I wanted to cancel myorder. Advertising one price and then secretly charging a higher price, in this case 22% more is illegal and fraudulent. I amalso filing a complaint with the NY Consumer Protection Agency. Yesterday myself and my family went to this location, we stood there waiting to be serve for approximately 15 minutes.When we... tried to order a croissant with sausage egg and cheese we were told that the eggs were frozen, the waiting is one thing but theservice was horrible, if I feel for coffee I will be giving star bucks my service instead of Dunkin? Friendly and clean. Drinks are always delicious! Had the cold brew with pumpkin cream. $3 for a medium iced. Try it!
Is a decent spot most of the year, however during the summer they blast the heat to keep patorns out. This is obvioously... deliberate and reason for a low rating. I will be returning when the weather warms up. Read more
The service is very good, there was a white American boy, very nice. BUT THE ESTABLISHMENT GIVES A LOT TO TALK ABOUT, IT LOOKS... CLEAN but look at the cockroach and the flies in the donut area and the donuts are not covered. Also mention that the stationwhere they prepare the sandwiches is dirty, it should not be like that So the manager or owners should do something about it,before someone calls sanitation. Read more
False advertisement. Their digital display shows $3 for medium iced or hot latte. When you order it the price is $5.11. I was... told the manager hasn't taken the sign down. Very nice staff and by far one of the best dd I've been too. I go here whenever I'm in the area. They went all out for the... holidays and it was nice to see that they care about the place. Btw, if you just ask they will clear the tables for you. Read more
I love dunkin! great coffee in most locations. Their app has great deals, which I love. But I must say this location used to be... one of my favorites because they do make great coffee and sandwiches. But it has been a few weeks that the customer service hasgotten bad!! The employees are always using their phones. THE WORST PART IS THAT THEY SEE YOU BUT YET, they keep using thephones. It will take them minutes before they ask you if you need anything... I always order online, and it takes me time to getthere, and when I get there, the order is not ready. Why? Because the employees don't even check online orders, they wouldrather check their phones..
