I had come in to try the oreo n' cold brew drink and i had ordered a medium and it was $6.74 and i had a rewards visa card that... had $25.01 in it and i swiped it once and it was approved but the cashier lady said it wasnt when it clearly showed it was onthe screen so she made me swipe again and then said "it worked" but when i checked my balance it was $8.83 which is ridiculouscause one drink that was $6.74 deducted from $25.01 isnt $8.83 and i havent used the card until today so she overcharged me andwhen i recieved my drink the lady gave me a rude look as if she was annoyed. Was great,not to many ppl working there when it?s busy but the workers are great.
Understaffed, out of items, poor service. Honestly not sure how this place is in operations. My order was wrong didn?t have time... to change it. Poor girls in there trying to help everyone but need more help. Mgt needs to get them help! Read more
