Sabrina is by far the rudest employee of Dunkin? donuts company nationwide. I cringe when I have to come and get coffee when she... is working. The first time I came here she yelled at me at the top of her lungs in such a rude way that I was frightened. Allbecause I could not hear what she was saying through her mask and the thick glass between us. When I got my coffee I told herthat her customer service needed serious improvement or she needed to find someplace else to work where she isn?t having to berude and nasty. After this I tried to not to get coffee from Dunkin? and go somewhere else. I really enjoy Dunkin? Donuts coffeeso I came back and though she didn?t yell she would be uncomfortably rude rolling her eyes and smacking her lips at everyone whodidn?t order at the speed of lightening. She refuses to get my order right and LIES about what they have even tho I see what Iwant RIGHT behind the counter in plain sight!!!! This place has good memories for me. I usually get breakfast here after working night shifts and prepping for my second shift in... the morning. The staff is very friendly and in time I felt like I was friends with them and to how often I was there. Usuallywhen my shift ended early I'd grab a cold drink to head home. Great staff, good offerings and reasonable prices. Is there moreto ask for? Read more
Change of mind regarding this place. Needs a bit of cleaning. The garbage can was full and a sweep would be nice. There were... three people behind the counter and several people on line, my wait was 10minutes just for two doughnuts. I know there's a newDD under the LIRR Jamaica station tracks, much faster service. Try that one next time. Read more

Walked in for decaf coffee,ordered than watched a girl pour from black top container(regular coffee),on top there was an range... top container of coffee (decaf,full)so I stopped her and told her no I just asked for decaf, she than proceeds to tell me thatit is decaf coffee in the regular container and the top container has mixed coffee instead of decaf.....?!?! What?! Any who,nonemakes any sense yet she already charged me and proceeds to pour second cup claiming it's all decaf,I took them and told her Itrust her but let's be honest it's a lie , she and I both knew it ! Also see attached pic of their latte section ,not onlyunsanitary but the milk sat there for more than 30 minutes and opened, plus the mess on the floor ,counter and etc is somethingone has to see in person to truly be mesmerized (in the worst possible way that is !)
