I am their regular customer and my all community people in this area as well. They make terrible drinks, so I ask cream... side.Their old lady manger (tag name is America) has negative manners towards customers. I have observed she always argue withcustomers. She is too much. If you want to enjoy a cup of coffee then go to Starbuck, their employees are nicer. you will enjoythe cup of coffee for sure. I have leaved 15 years in this area. Since this Donkin donut open I am their regular customer and my all community people in... this area as well. Due to my regularly customer I have many points to receive free coffee. Whenever I use this free code forcoffee, their old lady manger (tag name is America) is show angry face and yell at me. I have tolerated her since this coffeeopen until today. She is to much and she has no respect to customers. She expected our respects. If you want to enjoy a cup ofcoffee then go to Starbuck, which is next to their store. The employees in Starbucks are nice, you will enjoy the cup of coffeefor sure. The DD manger will ruin your day, instead of let you enjoy your cup of coffee. I hope this owner will teach some basicmanners to this old lady manger. You have to do better than this... look at the serving size.... smh always check your food before leaving!!
I agree 100% with the review below me. I usually go to a different Dunkin? and get Iced Coffee with no sugar so I don?t have... nothing to complain about. However, these employees act like the Caramel and Espresso Shots are coming out of their paycheck.The Manager, America, obviously doesn?t run on Dunkin? because I have never seen such a milky Iced Caramel Macchiato. I saw herargue with a lady the other day cause she wanted extra caramel. I don?t know if they are very concerned about everyone?s sugarlevels and health or are just cheap when it?s not even their money. Read more
